CBSE to Increase Questions with Internal Choice in Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2019
CBSE Board Exams 2019: Currently, 10 to 11 such questions with multiple options are being provided to class 10 and class 12 board students.
CBSE has come up with a major relief for class 10, 12 board students this year. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) may increase the number of optional questions, reports News 18 Hindi.
CBSE Board Exams 2019: Previous pattern :
Earlier, only long answer questions had more than one question to choose from for a student, now 11 such questions may be provided.
Currently, 10 to 11 such questions with multiple options are being provided to class 10 and class 12 board students.
CBSE Board Exams 2019: Latest changes :
Total 55 subjects, 40 for class 12 and 15 for class 10 will see such changes.
This is an attempt by CBSE board which will enable students to answer questions from the areas they are the strongest in.
More and more students will be able to attempt the question papers fully.
The report quotes CBSE coordinator Jagdish Sharma as saying, “Questions with internal choices will directly benefit the students. Their marks will improve. The problem of not being able to attempt the full paper will also be tackled as students will be able to choose questions. Such a step by the board will benefit the students hundred per cent.”
CBSE new rules for Board Exam 2019 :
- School uniform
- Parents’ signature on the admit card
- No entry after 10 am
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the class 10 and class 12 exam admit cards for the students who have taken admission in CBSE Correspondence School (Patrachar Vidalya).
CBSE Class 10, Class 12 Exam 2019: Dates :
As per the datesheet released by the CBSE, the class 12 board exams will begin on February 15 and will end on April 4, 2019 whereas the CBSE Class 10 board exams will begin on February 21 and go on till March 29.
