Children’s Day Celebration- Matrix High School

14 November is celebrated as children’s day and also as birthday of Independent India’s Prime Minister- Jawahar Lal Nehru. Children are just like raw data which can be modified into what we can. It was a fun filled day for students of Matrix High School. The day started with the program like prayers and tributes to Chacha Nehru. Various activities and events were organized and performed by teachers to make the day memorable.

The Director Mr. Kapil Singh Dhaka addressed and encouraged the students to dream big and word hard without taking any academic or any kind of pressure in life. Sweets and gifts were presented to the students as a token of love.

History of fourteenth November – Because of Chacha Nehru’s colossal love for kids, fourteenth November was announced as Children’s day since the passing of Nehru in 1964. Across the nation this day is praised to shower love and fondness towards kids.
